How do you determine what my gold is worth?
We test the purity of your gold and weigh it precisely, then apply today's live spot price, all in front of you, step by step. No mystery numbers.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome during store hours (Mon–Fri 10am–5:30pm, Sat 11am–4pm). Booking ahead isn't required, but it helps us set aside dedicated, private time for you.
What if I don't know the karat of my gold?
No problem. That's what we're here for. We test every piece ourselves. You don't need to know anything before you come in.
Am I obligated to sell if I come in?
Absolutely not. The appraisal is 100% free with zero obligation. You can walk out with your gold at any time, before, during, or after we make an offer.
What do I need to bring with me?
Just your gold and a valid government-issued ID (required by law). If you happen to have any lab reports or diamond certificates, that would be helpful.
